Description
In 1936, Mattia Vezzola Sr. purchased his first vineyards in Moniga in the “Costa” locality, an area known for it’s Rosé wines, and where the first Costaripa winery would be built 60 years later. The winery would continue to develop and the RosaMara we know today would be born in 1984.
Always harvested by hand in the early morning hours. Extra-soft, slow pressing, static decantation and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Fermented and refined in small, old, white oak barrels.
