Description
A full-bodied wine perfect with meat and cheese. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature (25-28°C). Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and aging in large French oak barrels (10-30 hl). Bottling after 16 months of wood ageing and 1 month in steel. Intense aroma, with notes of ripe fruit and spices. Pale ruby colour, with mahogany reflection. Structured and full flavour, with present, but soft tannins.
