Description
Another wine that goes great with red meat and cheese. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature (28-30 degrees Celsius). Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barriques. Bottling after 14 months of wood aging and 1 month in steel. Notes of wild flowers, red fruits and nobles spices on the nose. Gentle ruby colour with mahogany hues. Concentrated flavour, but also balanced and elegant at the same time; long-lasting pleasure.
