Description
This is a superb blend of four local varieties, producing an elegant mix of fresh black fruit flavours and rich, velvety chocolate and vanilla aromas and flavours. A blend of the indigenous varieties Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão. Aged for one year in a mix of old and new French Oak. Notes of black and red fruit, oak and vanilla. Intense ruby robe. Cheese and Charcuteries are the best pairings here, but roast chicken, pork chops and hearty rice dishes work well too.
