Louis Max has been at the core of Nuits St. George negotiant and wine traders since its inception in 1859, when its founder and namesake, Evgueni Louis Max, moved to Burgundy from Georgia due to his love of the region's wines. 100% Pinot Noir. Maceration in oak barrels for 12 months, including 30% new barrels. Notes of redcurrant, raspberry and cherry. Deep garnet robe. Full-bodied.
