Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carmenère blend. Ripe cherry, plum, blackberry with violet lift, layered with herbs, green pepper, tobacco, and earthy spice. Medium-bodied and supple with juicy dark fruit, fresh acidity, fine tannins, and a savoury, gently mineral finish. Ideal with grilled meats, pasta ragù, lamb, and semi-aged cheeses. Vignalta produces elegant, terroir-driven wines from the volcanic Colli Euganei, balancing richness with freshness and structure.
