by Pelissero is a fresh and expressive white wine made from a blend of Favorita, Riesling, and a small percentage of Chardonnay, sourced from vineyards in Ferrere, Treiso, in the heart of Piedmont’s Langhe. This wine offers vibrant aromas of acacia flowers, honey, white almonds, and delicate bread crust, with a fresh, rounded, and savoury palate supported by lively acidity and a persistent finish. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel before being blended and lightly filtered, preserving their natural fruit character. Ideal pairings include fresh seafood, light pasta dishes, salads, white meats, soft cheeses, and aperitifs. Pelissero combines traditional Langhe winemaking with an innovative blend of white varieties to create a charming, versatile wine made for everyday enjoyment.
