This is truly premium Australian Shiraz, made with incredible attention to detail and control. 100% Shiraz. Macerated for 14 days before aging in a mix of new and old oak in 500L and barrique sizes. Notes of fresh blackberries and plums, with classic black pepper and anise. Intense purple-red robe. On the palate, the fruit condition is a great mix of ripe and tart, with the pepper and anise returning on a savoury and herbal finish.
