Overview
- Extra dry spumante obtained through the methode Charmat with fermentation at a controlled temperature. Pale, bright straw-yellow colour, it has the typical aroma of wild flowers and a pleasantly palatable flavour.
- It is an excellent aperitif but also a perfect accompaniament for meat and fish based dishes.
- To be served rather cool 6-8 degrees celsius.
