- Tasting notes: Sul bric is a love-match between old vines barbera and cabernet sauvignon. The color is a purple red with violet hints; the nose is rich, intense and spicy, showing how beautifully the deft use of oak has favored the cohesion between the aromas of cabernet and barbera. On the palate, sul bric is full, round and savory. The finish and the aftertaste are as long as they are pleasant. It is a wine of supreme elegance that demands red meats and fur game: it is, above all, a wine of immense seductiveness, to offer to the person you want to seduce.
